"The goal is not to fix people. It is to help them find their own strength and learn to trust it."Neera Rajput — Mind-Bridge
Neera Rajput has spent over 12 years walking alongside adults, teenagers, and families during some of the most challenging seasons of their lives. She holds a PGDRP diploma and has worked as a registered psychologist throughout her career, building a practice grounded in genuine human connection.
Her work spans assessment, counselling, and rehabilitation across a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioural challenges. She has worked with clients throughout India and internationally, making geographic distance no obstacle to receiving thoughtful, professional support.
What sets Neera apart is the care she takes to understand each person before she begins. She does not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every client gets an approach that has been thought through specifically for them, shaped by their background, their pace, and their goals.
She is a firm believer in evidence-based interventions and holds herself to the ethical standards set by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). For Neera, being responsible to her clients and to her profession are two things that go hand in hand.
We start with a simple, no-pressure chat. You share what brought you here, and we figure out together whether we're a good fit and what the next step looks like.
When needed, a thorough psychological assessment is carried out to understand the individual fully, from developmental history to current strengths and challenges.
Using evidence-based approaches, a therapy plan is developed specifically for the client. No templates. Every plan reflects the real person in front of us.
Progress is tracked, goals are revisited, and the plan adapts as needed. The aim is not just improvement but lasting well-being and independence.
Every decision in the therapeutic process is guided by what the research says works, adapted thoughtfully to the individual in front of us. Neera keeps her practice up to date with current understanding in psychology and rehabilitation.
Neera offers a range of psychological services for adults, teenagers, and children. Whether you are looking for an assessment, seeking therapy, or trying to navigate a family dynamic, you are welcome here.
Reaching out is often the hardest part. Whether you have a specific question, want to book a consultation, or simply want to talk through whether this is the right fit, Neera would love to hear from you.
